HOW LONG DO I GET THE EQUIPMENT FOR?

The home hire package is available for 24 hours or 48 hours (please confirm at time of booking).  The garden game bundles are available for 24 hrs.  Please enquire at time of booking if you have other requirements.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Please contact us via email, phone or social media to arrange your booking. We will then send you a booking form to complete. We also have a hire agreement including our terms & conditions which you must sign before the hire date.

CAN I RELY ON YOU?

CAN I USE OUTDOORS?

All our equipment can be used indoors and outdoors. However we ask that it is kept dry and clean if used outdoors and placed in an area free of debris. Equipment must stay on the mats and shoes must be removed.

Leighton Soft Play take all the stress away. We answer all emails and calls quickly. You will be emailed your booking confirmation and we will be in touch to finalise all details a few days before your booking. We are available throughout the hire if there are any issues as we only supply locally.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. We have Public Liability of £5 million.

A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SET UP AND TAKE DOWN?

Setting up and dismantling takes about 20 minutes, sometimes quicker and dependant on how much equipment you have hired.

WHAT PREPARATION IS NEEDED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

Please arrive with an empty boot with the seats down so we can load you up quickly.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable before hire. Please note the deposit is not returnable if the hire is canceled within 14 days of the event date.  We take a £50 security deposit when you pay for your garden game booking.

WHAT AREAS DO WE SERVE?

We are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and serve the local area.
