I’m Rebecca, owner of Leighton Soft Play and I live in Leighton Buzzard. I grew up in Biggleswade but have lived in Leighton Buzzard for nearly 15 years after meeting my husband in London where we both worked for a shopping TV channel! I’ve been married for nearly ten years and a mummy to two girls, two cats, and two guinea pigs.
Prior to having children, I worked in Marketing and PR for over ten years mainly in the spa industry. So why the change in career? Leighton Soft Play was launched in 2018 after having my girls as I decided I wanted to do something on my own after being made redundant. I knew I wanted to keep it local and with two small kids I wanted to do something that would work around my girls and that they could have fun with too and my soft play business is just perfect for that.

Leighton Play Tots play group was launched soon after in 2019 with soft play, craft activities, and singing! I am passionate about creating a clean, safe, and friendly space for all mums, dads, grandparents, and carers. I love creating an environment where you can have some quality bonding time with your little ones and help baby develop and socialise at the same time. I am currently taking a break from Leighton Play Tots whilst I look for a business partner to run it with so if you are interested or know someone who might be - please get in touch!

After COVID, I relaunched the business and added a selection of garden games into the mix! I now focus my time on Leighton Soft Play alongside my marketing consultancy, helping small businesses in the Beds, Bucks, and Herts area. In 2023, after completing a business course at Cranfield University, I decided to change Leighton Soft Play to focus on our most popular home hire soft play celebration packages. This means I can keep the prices affordable as all packages available are collected from our house and returned to us within 24 or 48 hrs. Just bring an empty vehicle and we will fill you up!​
